Magnus André Siem - General Manager

Magnus André Siem is the managing director of ORGAVITA XXI, S.L. and know the business from its very beginning. Mr. Siem holds a degree of Economics and Business Administration from the University of Kent in England. Mr. Siem has experience with organic farming from the farm he grew upon in South of Norway. He has as well related experience after 4 years working with production administration and sales for the G´s España / Pascual Hermanos Group in Spain. Mr. Siem owns 51% of the shares in the company and is member of the board

Francisco Vivancos Ros - Finance and Control Manager

Francisco Vivancos Ros joined ORGAVITA XXI in the end of 2007. He is in charge of finance and control at ORGAVITA XXI. He holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Economics (Honours) from the University of Central Lancashire, England. He holds as well a Licensed in Economic from the University of Murcia and a MBA.
Mr Vivancos worked thereafter for the GMI Group, later named Pramac. He was 2 years in Florida as a financial controller and thereafter financial director for the Spanish subsidiary. Mr Vivancos owns approx 3% of the shares in the company and is member of the board.

Didier R. Mercier - President of the board

Didier R. Mercier is representing Frupor and is President of the board in ORGAVITA XXI. Mr Mercier is graduated in agricultural engineering from the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium. He afterwards specialized in Farm Management and Accounting. Before joining Frupor S.A., Mr. Mercier worked as a Field Engineer and Technical Manager on the 2.000 hectares Saharan Cereal Farms of Westen Agri-Management International in Algeria. He also was Project Manager for Enzymes & Derivates Belgium S.A. on their China Papaya Project. Mr. Mercier has been at Frupor since 1990 and is in charge of the Administrative and Financial Departments and oversees payroll and purchasing. Mr. Mercier also developed most of the management software used at Frupor and is responsible for the Company's computer system.
